All Levels By Lia units are constructed using a made-to-order process.

Each piece is built individually using a performance-tested system to ensure quality, consistency, and longevity.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below. 

MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

Construction Process

All units are constructed AFTER purchase based on a pre-defined design. Units are not mass-produced and are built individually to maintain standards and control.

Design Consistency

Each unit is created to match the original design. Due to the handcrafted nature of the process, slight variations may occur.

Color Transfer Potential

A majority of our units consist of very vivid colors. There is a possibility for transfer of these vivid colors onto skin, clothing, etc. As a client of Levels By Lia, you are accepting this possibility and will not hold Levels By Lia responsible for items that this color transfer may happen to.

TURNAROUND TIME

Production Window

Turnaround time is approximately 10- 20 business days, depending on current production volume. During high-demand periods, slight delays may occur to maintain quality standards.

PAYMENT & DEPOSITS 

Payment Requirement 

Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all made-to-order units.

Order Processing

Construction begins after payment has been successfully processed.

REFUND POLICY

All Sales Final

Due to the made-to-order and hygienic nature of each unit, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not offered.

Order Cancellation 

Orders cannot be canceled once construction has begun.

ADJUSTMENTS & CONCERNS

Communicating Issues

Any concerns must be communicated within 48 hours of delivery.

Resolution

Adjustments may be offered at the discretion of Levels By Lia. Units must remain unworn and unaltered to be eligible for review.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Shipment

Orders ship once construction is complete. Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

Liability 

Levels By Lia is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers.

HAIR SOURCING POLICY

Materials 

All hair used is exclusively sourced and tested by Levels By Lia. Client-provided hair isn't accepted.

GENERAL TERMS 

Right to Refuse Service

Levels By Lia reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders that do not align with brand standards or policies.
