Each Levels By Lia unit is constructed individually and not mass-produced.

CORE QUESTIONS

What does "made-to-order" mean? This means that your unit is constructed AFTER your order is placed. Each design is pre-defined and built to match the original concept.

Can I customize my unit? No. Made-to-order units follow a fixed design. For custom work, please submit a commission inquiry via email. 

Do you offer cranial prosthesis units (medical wigs)? Yes. Levels By Lia offers custom cranial prosthesis units designed for individuals experiencing medical-related hair loss, including conditions such as alopecia, chemotherapy-related hair loss, and other medically-diagnosed conditions. These units are thoughtfully constructed with comfort, sensitivity, and realism in mind. We prioritize lightweight materials, gentle construction methods, and a secure, yet non-abrasive fit to support clients with sensitive scalps.       

Please note that cranial prosthesis units are typically eligible for insurance reimbursement (not direct billing). This means that clients usually pay upfront and may submit documentation to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement. We recommend consulting with your physician and insurance provider beforehand to confirm coverage requirements, as policies vary.

For all cranial prosthesis inquiries, a $75 consultation is required to ensure proper customization, fit, and documentation. This consultation fee of $75 will be applied towards your custom cranial prosthesis unit.

Will the color of my unit transfer to other things? The majority of our units consistency of very vivid colors. There is a possibility for transfer of these vivid colors onto skin, clothing, etc. As a client of Levels By Lia, you are accepting this possibility and will not hold Levels By Lia responsible for items that this color transfer may happen to.

How long does it take to receive my unit? Construction of your unit begins after purchase. Turnaround times typically range from 10- 20 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the production volume of the studio. Turnaround times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.

Do you offer international shipping? Not at this time. Shipping is currently available within the United States. However, international shipping may be offered in the future;)

How will my order ship? Orders are shipped via trusted domestic carriers. Shipping method is selected to ensure timely + secure delivery. 

Are all sales final? Yes. Due to the made-to-order nature of each unit, all sales are final.

Will my unit look exactly like the photos? Each unit is constructed to match the original design. Slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted process. 

When will my order ship? Orders ship once construction is complete. Rest assured, you will receive tracking information once your unit has been dispatched. 

Can I cancel order? Orders cannot be canceled once construction has begun.

How many units are available? Availability is limited per release to maintain quality and control.

Will this design be restocked? Select designs may return in future releases. However, availability is not guaranteed.

How do I maintain my unit? Care instructions will be provided to ensure longevity and performance.
