CORE QUESTIONS
What does "made-to-order" mean? This means that your unit is constructed AFTER your order is placed. Each design is pre-defined and built to match the original concept.
Can I customize my unit? No. Made-to-order units follow a fixed design. For custom work, please submit a commission inquiry via email.
How long do LBL units last for? That depends on you. Treat your raw hair unit like the luxurious masterpiece it is, and it should last you a minimum of three (3) years. Using the proper haircare products (such as sulfate-free/color safe shampoos + conditioners), gently handling your unit, and limiting the use of heated styling tools will help increase the longevity (and health) of your LBL unit.
Will the color of my unit transfer to other things? The majority of our units consistency of very vivid colors. There is a possibility for transfer of these vivid colors onto skin, clothing, etc. As a client of Levels By Lia, you are accepting this possibility and will not hold Levels By Lia responsible for items that this color transfer may happen to.
How long does it take to receive my unit? Construction of your unit begins after purchase. Turnaround times typically range from 10- 20 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the production volume of the studio. Turnaround times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.
Do you offer international shipping? Not at this time. Shipping is currently available within the United States. However, international shipping may be offered in the future;)
How will my order ship? Orders are shipped via trusted domestic carriers. Shipping method is selected to ensure timely + secure delivery.
Complimentary insured standard shipping is included with every Levels By Lia wig shipped within the United States. Each order is carefully packaged, fully insured, and includes tracking and signature confirmation to help ensure it arrives safely.
Need your unit expedited to you once it is completed? We are able to provide you that service for a $50 fee. Just let us know at checkout and we will make it happen.
Estimated transit times are provided for your convenience. While Levels By Lia carefully prepares and dispatches each order, delivery timelines are ultimately determined by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Are all sales final? Yes. Due to the made-to-order nature of each unit, all sales are final.
Will my unit look exactly like the photos? Each unit is constructed to match the original design. Slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted process.
When will my order ship? Orders ship once construction is complete. Rest assured, you will receive tracking information once your unit has been dispatched.
Can I cancel order? Orders cannot be canceled once construction has begun.
How many units are available? Availability is limited per release to maintain quality and control.
Will this design be restocked? Select designs may return in future releases. However, availability is not guaranteed.
How do I maintain my unit? Care instructions will be provided to ensure longevity and performance.
